This I promise, is a short one. I was just skimming over my last few blogs.....damn am I long winded!! I guess that once I finally sit down to write, everything just pours out. I am 31, married, and I have 2 teenage step-daughters, and 2 young sons. My husband works hard so I may stay at home with the boys. I am struggling with my weight, and have watched it climb steadily up for the last 10 years. Last summer, I quit smoking. A habit that I had for nearly 20 years. Last fall, I joined a fitness center. This winter (today), I release my inner child of her vocal and emotional restraints. In this blog, Nika will come forward again, after many years of repression, and share her childhood.
